Momentum in progress.

Turns out, the process of rehabbing a circa 1921 warehouse is like business as usual for us.

Turns out, the process of rehabbing a circa 1921 warehouse is like business as usual for us. And the momentum of progress on our new space will soon see us take occupancy.

We chose to locate in Walker’s Point because it’s long been the incubator of all things successful in Milwaukee. It felt like us. We committed to making what was there better. It’s what we do.

If the building was going to be worthy of our people, it had to be amazing. So we enlisted some of the finest craftspeople for the project and then embraced their ideas. We’re familiar with that concept – we ask the same of our clients every day. 247 South Water Street will be an extension of our brand. We build momentum. We nurture things. We take what exists and strive to make it better. And this new location is the product of doing just that over the past 6 years. As well as a nod toward where we’re going. With a full head of steam.
